8-Week / 4-Day Program
What you can expect from running this 8-week program is structure, progress, and a new-found way of having fun at the gym without barbells and deadlifts. This program is mean to be intentional and intelligent. We won’t be spending our time in the gym just going through the motions of exercises. Each set and each rep will count.
The program will be structured to have 2 lower body days and 2 upper body days with glute hypertrophy in the upper body days. Lower body days will be split into strength and hypertrophy days.
